Post Pregnancy Belly Busting (week 3)

I’m loving the food changes that I’ve made for the MuTu programme.  Finally I’ve been forced to go healthy and its really been so easy and filling.  I’ve refused to go all healthy in the past just because I couldn’t see how I could enjoy ONLY healthy meals… turns out it’s easy!

This week some of the dishes have included homemade chilli con carne with wild rice, a seafood platter consisting of scallops, prawns and squid rings with  large salad on the side, my homemade healthy pancakes and more! Everything can be healthy as long as the ingredients are adjusted!

The exercises that came with week 3 are a bit more breath-taking! I suppose that’s why they call the new routine ‘intensive’ but it’s still been very doable.  The exercises are taking longer now, so I have to make sure I plan the time to do them in the day.

Yesterday wasn’t a good day exercise wise for me, simply because I went to visit my family who live about 2 hours away.  I left early in the morning and by the time I got home and into bed it was midnight.  So no exercises were managed.. I did do a lot of walking though which is part of the MuTu programme… (go for a walk a day).

So I’m starting Week 4 today, and will do the full week before moving on to week 5, so my Monday updates might now be Tuesday updates!

Haven’t weighed myself!

(I have been asked to review the MuTu/Thinking Slimmer system, but these are the genuine results and thoughts I have regarding the programme).
