Phenia Desert Boots

Weekends are my favourite days of the week.  I don’t know why because Mr London Mum works freelance so he’s home during the week on occasion too, so it’s not like weekends are the only days we get to spend together as a family.

But weekends always seem open with promise.  Two days where you can play and have fun.  No restrictions, the world is your oyster.  And the infectious excitement of everyone with those same thoughts as you mingle in crowded spaces, seems to bring out that weekend yay-vibe too.  So it’s a damn good thing it’s a Friday today!

Last weekend saw us visit the roots of our relationship, it’s where we first lived as a couple and remained for many years. Good old East London.  We couldn’t resist a little stroll along Columbia Flower Market before heading to Brick Lane and popping in for a bowl of cereal at Cereal Killer Cafe.

    • Thank you, style does change when you become a Mum but it’s so much more comfortable ha x

  1. “These Boots Were Made For Walkin’ “… sorry LondonMum, that’s so awful, I can’t believe I did that - don’t get fabulously & photogenically ‘shirty’ with me … mind you, that’s equally embarrassingly awful as well haha. YOU BOTH LOOK - sculpterortiously ‘WOW.’ Onwards LondonMum. ‘L’ still in limbo.

    • I was toying between the grey pair and the pink pair of boots, but I’m glad I went pink just because I usually have an all neutral palette anyway so thought some colour wouldn’t be amiss! haha. The cereal cafe was really fun, I’d go back for sure x
